VJ historical process time says, VSC is approving I-130 cases filed 53 days ago from today.

Most of the approvals are still for Aug/Sep 2007. What's wrong in their graph ? Are they talking about DCF or calculation is based on some stupid timelines ???

That is the problem with the VJ graphs. It uses people's time lines for its calculations. It does include DCF filings in there as well. Almost certainly, I have seem people enter their time lines completely wrong (they enter the date filed, their NOA-1, and NOA-2 for an I-130 all with the same dates) and all that bad info helps populate the VJ data and its graphs.

I think these time lines were useful prior to mid last year, but now are completely useless.
