i have a question regarding K3 Visa,
I know that the K3 visa is valid for 6 months, but
when the counter starts to tick:
when visa is approved?
when you use the visa when you arrive to the US?
?????

3 DAYS!!! I DON'T THINK SO!

K-3 is a 2 year multi-entry visa.

Entry can be anytime during the 2 years that it is valid. 2 year Counter begins when the consulate issues it.

Dunno what happened.. but here it goes again.

Not sure if you are interested about the timeframe ur beneficiary has to enter the US, or when it expires completely. I just know that the beneficiary has 6 months to enter, not a day longer. I read a post where someone missed that deadline by just a day.. they stated they had to refile.
