Thanks fo rboth replies. I really was looking for the email for VSC the USCIS can't help me out so I want to get in touch with VSC. Do you all know if the !130 is considered a 'Premium Processing' form? I have no idea what they are talking about with this one.
I tried the 1-800-375-5283 but the can only give basic info, I want to speak with someone at the VSC- I am getting tired of waiting for a RFE or even the return of the petition?

Also if they were going to return the petition from VSC would they keep touching it at least once a week? I am so anxious about this, it all boils done to me wanting to get my husband here before our 1 year anniversary.

I guess I just gotta wait until they give me some answer..........

VSC is one of the service center of USCIS. So, you must be calling the same 800-375-5283 number.
