I M CURRENTLY ON AP I FILLED MY VISA FOR CR1 AND AFTER 1 MONTH THERE WILL BE 2 YEAR OF OUR WEDDING, SO IF MY AP CLEAR ,WILL I BE GETTING CR1 VISA OR IR1, WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO GET IR1 VISA.

You can email Embassy and tell them your points. Hopefully, they will issue IR-1, if they issue the visa after a month.
If the visa is issued after the second year of marriage you should receive the IR-1. Make sure when the visa is issued that it is the proper one or ask the embassy to change it to the proper category. Also, be careful if they issue the IR-1 that at the time of your POE that they code it IR-1 instead of CR-1.
