we filed i-751 on March 3rd and already got the notice NOA1 to extend 1 yr GC last week. the receipt number on this which is the EAC number - i tried to find case status online with this number but I keep getting error message saying the receipt number cannot be found - is this normal or is USCIS haven't had chance to enter it in system yet?

You'll get the real case number on your biometrics notice. They started doing it this way sometime last year, I don't know why . . . .

Does your NOA1 have exactly point out from what date to what date? Mine doesn't.
My GC will expire on 06/09/08, and the receipt date on my NOA is 03/15/08.
the 1-year-extension means from 06/09/08 ~06/09/09 or 03/15/08 ~03/15/09??

its usually the extension from the expiration date of the current temp. green card -
