vbtbmrt Thanks for Reply
I am not in USA at the moment and my father filed I-130 for me.
Yes my father is in USA and he is American Citizen.
Yes I know that california or vermont handle these kinds of Cases I mean I-130. But my question is still there that why they have not mentioned Date and Service center in the online status.
Thanks.

Why don't you call the office that issued your reciept (NOA-1). There is a 800 number on the form. I don't know what SRC stands for. As for your visa type, I can't answer that with the information you provided. If your father is sponsoring you, California's current time for processing applications for a married child is April 2001.

If your case number begins with WAC, it's in Californial. If EAC, it's in Vermont.

as i read it correctly. your father sponsor you and file i130 in 2004, which is 4 years ago.
1. my question for you when your father file i130 is he already a US citizen or greencard holder.
with your situation you have to call the USCIS on your receipt.
i think it might take longer for you because you already married and have children. immigrate a whole family is more complicated compare to a single person

I believe for a USC father to petition a child under the age of 21 it will only take a year; but for 21 years and above (especially married) takes longer than 10 years.
You may want to inquire or call the USCI office or inquire via email.
