i ve just received RFE and it says
You MUST provide "certified copies of all court and police records showing the charges and dispositions for every such conviction. This is required even if your records were sealed or otherwise cleared or if anyone, including a judge, law enforcement officer, or attorney, told you that you no longer have a record."
although my fiance indicated on the I-129F form that he has never been convicted of the crimes outlined on it, a government search of his records came back that he has been.
does anyone has the same RFE ??
does anyone knows if bad police report affect K1 visa????

Your quote is incomplete. How have you concluded the RFE isn't an error? Did it actually say a government search came back indicating this need?

If the records do exist, they must be obtained and sent in.

The RFE will say what it is for and what is needed.

Worse case scenario, get a police check from everywhere he has lived, make sure that the police check has a seal, signed and the time period covered for the police check.

If he is clean and has lived in numerous jurisdictions, you may just want to hire a private investigator to do all the leg work.

police report and court convictions, that's all that our lawyer asked for!!
my fiance sent an express request to state to get the police report but it will be sent back in few days!!! and we'll send it right away!!
