Wow, lots of familiar faces here. Hello.

I have read the guides a little and plan to hunker down this weekend to put this package together. I figure if I can make it through the K1 process I can do this too!!!!

When I went to my interview after getting married they gave us this piece of paper with the date we needed to file this adjustment by.
I seem to have misplaced this piece of paper. Do I need it or do I just need to know the date?
Additionally, can I call USCIS and get a copy of that notice? Just for records.

All and any help is greatly appreciated.

That letter is not needed, all you need to do is file the I-751 within 90 days BEFORE the CR-Green-Card expires.

Thanks, whew.

ok, I just had another question.
Can I travel in the time between when my conditional green card is expired and when I get approval for the new one??
I have read how the NOA extends your green card for a 1 yr period.
Will there be any troubles travel issues?

Thanks

This is a FAQ, everyone who has traveled using the expired card, and letter has not had any problems re-entering the USA using them.
