So that means you can just go ahead & show up at the SLEC without any appointment letter? Can you do the medical 2-3 weeks in advance or does it have to be 1 week prior to interview? so many questions..sorry bout that.
They say you need the appointment letter, but sometimes people get in with a print-out from the Embassy website showing your appointment date.
The medical at SLEC needs to be at least 1 week before the interview. I always recommend going early in case additional tests are required, or you are planning to start a family right away (MMR vaccine requires 1 month wait before becoming pregnant

). My wife went 1 month before interview. You don't need an appointment at SLEC.
