my daughter already had her appointment sched on april 4 for crba passport and b.cert, what do i have to prepare?
just to make sure we have everything handy: please check
- old and new loss passport renewal of US citizen ( father)
- birth certificate (NSO)
- marriage contract (NSO)
- pictures before conception
- proof of relationship of parents ( me and his daddy)
- medical records from st. lukes
- birth certificate of his US citizen ( father)

the filipina consulate said we have to provide some proof of citizenship of his father that he stayed in US for 5 years
what can i provide this time, he cant go back there his with me ( dad ) since 2007, is it hard to get school records/transcripts. ( tried contacting the schools he went -- phone just keeps ringing no one answers)
im totally clueless.. need help please!
