Amy and Adrian
I'm getting ready to send in our I-130 package. Adrian has 2 children of which he has full custody- and of course, they will be coming with him .... who signs their G-325A ? Do the kids each sign theirs and he co-sign since they are minors age 12 and 14? I tried to find the answer but am not having any luck....

Thanks so much !
Amy

I will look for it but I did read somewhere that................

Parent signs and puts...........parent signing for minor child.

I will try and find again and post it or you.

Good luck

perhaps still needed your signature for your 12 and 14 years old.

from what I understand, should be :
child name ( your signature )
our cases are still in USCIS, not sure if it is correct. Can anyone who got the exerperience clarify ?

Thanks for the info.... I'm going to try the phone number and see if I can get anymore information.

I thought the G-325A (& passport style photos) was only required for the SPOUSE and not the child, even though a separate I-130 petition is sent for each person immigrating.

Correct. G325a is not required for a child. However, the signature question will come up later on the visa applications. That, however is a DOS question, not for USCIS.

I would sign "Pushbrk for Pushbrk Jr."
