My interview was 3 weeks ago this coming Thursday (i.e. April 13). I thought it went REALLY well. It was over an hour long and afterwards the interviewer said "I'll call you!" very enthusiastically. I thought for sure I'd be hearing back soon, especially because she had called me the day after I submitted my resume for an interview.
The week after my interview I sent a thank you note. 2 weeks after my interview I left a follow up phone message on her machine (that is not normally my style but everyone told me this was a good idea - it was very casual, telling her I was still interested and to just give me a call when she got a chance).
Now there is only silence. I know that they are hiring several positions, so they must be very busy, but still I'd rather hear a NO than nothing!! I do have some more interviews coming, so if someone offers me a position I guess I will follow up again, but meanwhile, I wish they would call me back!
Do you think no news is good news or bad news? Did any of you have to wait a looooooooooong time before getting a positive response?
