Hello, I am almost at my 3 year marriage anniversary and I am getting that "nervous" feeling again. I K-1 Visa'd my husband in from Mexico April 14, 2005. I have now removed the conditions on his residence, he went in for biometrics, and I sent in all the requested stuff to prove our marriage is legit plus 2 affidavits of support. I feel like I've been down this road before. Does anyone know if we will get called in for a final interview, or what the timeline is now? It just makes me nervous because he can't travel due to not having his green card (conditions were removed). Also, I feel like I sent in so much stuff, but I didn't send in any letters with the Affidavit of Supports-are those necessary?

You may want to compare what you sent to the suggestions in the I-751 guide, and FAQ.
You may want to read the notes at the end of the I-751 guide.
Interviews are rare for removal of conditions.
