i got my appointments last friday (both medical and interview) from SLEC. I picked up my packet4 and was surprised to see my appointment letter made since March12.. The last time my fiance called USEM and Call Center was March 14 and they said that I still dont have any scheduled appointment yet, call again on the 18th/19th..

ok.. so here it is.. When I got home from SLEC, I tried to check my case number online, like I do everyday. I am expecting it will show my schedule since according to my appointment letter dated MARCH 12, my medical is 17 and interview is 26.. same as usual "Case Number Not Found on Appointment List".

today is March 18.. I just got my medical results this morning (I PASSED ) and when I got home, I tried to check online AGAIN.. Its still "Case Number Not Found on Appointment List" geesh.. what's up with USEM? if in case I haven't picked up my packet at SLEC, I have missed my medical yesterday..

What did you present to SLEC for medical? since you have no schedule yet?

hello... can u tell us more about how you came up to picking ur packet from SLEC pls... how did u know you can have the medical without the appointment letter? or any instructions given to you?? thanks...

how are you typing you case number in ?? no spaces just type mnl20078xxxxx it should work

This is the very reason why we called the DOS instead to inquire about our medical and interview schedules. We got the information we needed without paying a cent.

hi everyone.. how did I pick my packet4 from SLEC? No, i did not request for pick up. Our Early Appointment request letter faxed to USE is still pending, not approved. What I did was try my luck. Rose (from VJ too) mentioned to me that she picked up her packet in SLEC because USE told her after her early appointment request was granted. She advised me to why not try to call SLEC, maybe ur packet is there. So i did. When a guy answered, he immediately asked for my appointment date, of course I do not know. I made up some little lies i said "I do not know because its in the appoinment letter inside my packet right? when I called USE they ask me to call you guys for follow up if I can pick up my packet".. and then, he asked for my MNLcase# and last name.. he put me on hold and when he came back, he said "yes mam, its here. You can pick it up already or just come anytime for your medical and look for me so I can hand you your packet".. That's it! I cannot believe it because everyday my fiance calls USE and they keep on telling him "No appointment yet".. So after I put down the phone, I rushed to SLEC to see it myself! And there it was I got my packet4.

I still think it was because of your early interview request. Chuck and Rose did the same thing and got late march interview. USE wasn't telling them that he got approved for early interview, he had to call DOS. My packet 4 wasn't at SLEC when I called. So I think you got approved for early interview but they just never said anything to you.

Eric might be right too.. I really don't know. People from USE anyways don't tell you what's up with a specific case, but they give you general advises.. My fiance also called DOS but they can't tell anything about interview schedules for K1 petitions. But hey, its worth the try call USE, DOS, SLEC, Call Center and just pray. Good things come unexpected
