I'm wondering - for K3 app.
Does the Montreal embassy need my USC husbands original Brirth cert. and original divorce papers?
I see they ask for them. Is it just mine or both?
He's coming to visit at end of May so he could bring it up if needed rather than risk mailing.

all divorce papers.
Also they need a birth certificate from both you and your spouse, a marriage certificate, all can be certified copies, no need to waste the originals.
Then a letter from your employer stating type of job, salary, start date etc.
Also a bank letter showing all transactions for the year.
And maybe the copies of the I130 and I129F that you make before sending it in.
