Good night everyone!

I wanted to know how much supporting evidence do people normally include so show that they have a bonafide marital relationship? My husband and I have a LOT of stuff that we share with each other. But since we have never lived with each other we don't have things like light bills, lease etc. Right now I have like 25 of our favourite pictures and about 30 pages of IM snippets (ranging over a period of time) emails and Chat logs... My supporting evidence is going to end up being about 45 pages of stuff..... blink.gif

Is this too much, not enough, or just right?

Any advice would be appreciated!

I don't want to over kill on the evidence but we have a LOT! blush.gif

Hey you can never have too much stuff. I think I had 2 albums full of pics for the interview and a binder with 150 pages worth of things. I labeled everything and put in binders. The interviewer didn't want to see any of it. He said it looked like we could prove anything. Hence we had been together 9 years by that time. If you ask on the yardie forum they will give u a list of items you should have in your binder. You will need light bills and house bills for the 10 year green card. The info you have sounds great. Make sure you photo copy all of your application items like the I-130 and so on or the I129F whistling.gif All the best.

We have over 400 pages of evidence for our 2. interview and I will be present at the time.

Jamerican,

Well I know that you haven't filed yet so I am assuming you are questioning the evidence for bonafide marriage not interview.

I was only married 2 months before I filed. Me an my husband have never lived together either. Most people on here have similar circumstances. They do not take bonafide marriage so literally when you are in this type of situation. USCIS understands that you may not be able to show things that a standard married couple would. I just included picture as bonafide marriage. I put them all in a word file and put a caption under each one. It was more like telling a story....from when we met to pics at our wedding with the pastor, holding marriage cert, pics with family giving toasts at the wedding. Basically I just proved our ligitmate marriage and relationship thru pictures that included other people not just me and him.

Hold off on all the other evidence til your interview.
