there is one paper missing from our documents, and I am busting my butt to try and get it before Monday when our interview is scheduled-- but if we can't-- does anyone know if there is anyway (or not anyway) to reschedule/postpone the interview? I was under the impression that it's not possible, but just want to check...

not sure about the embassy in Nicaragua, but the few people that have rescheduled in Canada went back to the end of the wait line. One woman had to wait another 6months to get another interview. If I were you, I'd go even if you don't have the paper and see what they say.
