Hey everyone, I just received my AOA1 receipt in the mail today for my CR-1. At least I know that it's getting processed. Now I guess it's going to be awhile before I hear from them. I have been looking at the time lines from start to finish, and it's looking more like 13-16 months to have this thing completed. I am hoping that there is going to be a surge in petitions processed and maybe get it down to a year but I'm not counting on it.

My husband is from bangladesh, basically one of the countries they scrutinize because of muslim country and asia, etc. But our NOA2 came in 2 months. You have NOTHING to worry about. I think yours will not take more than 7-8 months.
