I am going to use James Shortcut and printed out the Choice of Agent form and saw that the expiration states 12/31/2006. Is there a newer version out there or can we use this one? Also, I was reading on travel.state.gov website and it states Please use the envelope supplied by the NVC when returning the information. Is this what we should do??...If we use James Shortcut it means before we receive any packets from NVC so we won't have there envelopes. Are there any current James Shortcut people what address did u use when u sent in each document, just in case they decide to do a switch a roe on us...

you will need to put your case number on top and mail it off it dont matter if in there envolope or not
