I recently sent my I-130 to london and they sent it back one thing we have sorted the other is that they requested evidence that my US wife has the right to work and live in the UK. Which if i understand it correctly is a copy of the Spouse (FLR) visa as it is this document that gives her the right to live and work in the UK or am i Wrong?

Yep -- this is what they're looking for. Make a photocopy and send it to the Embassy at whatever address specified.
