Hello Everyone

I have not been on the forum in a while.

My IR-1/ Cr-1 case is pending as of January 10,2008. I filed in October.
As I had mentioned in other posts my husband was granted a Tourist Visa in december and when he arrived at the port of entry they let him stay with me for 6 months. So we are basically waiting it out together in puerto Rico.

I know that I should be receiving a request for evidence but I have not heard from them yet. Should I call the USCIS?

Ohh...How do I update my timeline?, I can seem to be able to do it...

Thanks
Kristy
