Gee I thought the i130 was a tense time, send my DS-230 and DS-2001 back to the embassy on the 20th of Feb (or around then) and still have not heard back

Have you sent the checklist back yet?, you will not get an interview date until you do that. You should hear about 4 weeks after you return the checklist.
