Can my husband use photocopy of tax return document that he filed in CPA firm as soon as he file tax return, not getting tax transcript from IRS? I would like to save time and it takes much time to get tax transcript for 2007 from IRS...

Yes. This is exactly what I did. You dont need the transcripts. You're good to go.
