NOA 1 paper I130 says received date Sept 6, 2007.

USCIS says "On December 27, 2007, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case."

What's the date they will honor and how do I know they didn't F$%k it up and placed me in the December pile instead of September where I belong.

Has anyone ran into the same situation? If so, what did uscis respect?

The date it was recieved at their mailroom is the date they will respect as the uscis website states. And yes mine was the same way, and ive already recieved my NOA2 so i didnt run into any problems.
