My 864 was received on Feb 28th and until now was not reviewed and each time I call NVC the operator tells me they don't know if they have it or no. anyone in the same situation.

Did you mail it with a confirmation of receipt? And 2 weeks doesn't seem like a long time to wait, in government time.
