My 864 was received on Feb 28th and until now was not reviewed and each time I call NVC the operator tells me they don't know if they have it or no. anyone in the same situation.

normally it take them 2 weeks for review unless u get rfe and you case will get delay.

That seems like an awfully long time. My I-864 EZ was reviewed in 1 week.

How did you mail it? Can you track that NVC received it? Maybe they have not physically received it.

yes... but I used James shortcut and that what is scare me. may be I've done something wrong

I used James' shorcuts too and my I-864 was fine. The only thing we could have done wrong there is the barcode. Do you have copy of what you sent? Check the case number on that barcode. Other than that, it could just be taking them a long time. I wonder if you could send another one.

I just spoke to NVC and I was told they have my 864 but they didn't review it yet because it takes from 2 to 4 weeks

that is what they told me too when i send my ds230.
and a week later i got a case complete lol
