HI again, I have another question....on both forms I-130 and 129f it asks if you have ever filed a petition for this or any other alien (yes or no) give place and date of filing and result........we previously appied for K-1 visa and were denied at embassy because my wifes previous marraige had not been properly annuled...that is now corrected and we are now married and applying for k-3/k-4. Do i answer yes to this question? and what do i put down for place and date of filing? I filed in the USA, embassy manila and what date to use, the date i sent the petition, the date they recieved, the date the embassy recieved?...what are they asking for with this...and what result do I put down...denied? no petionable relationship(as the embassy letter stated)?..i dont want this to delay things if i answer the wrong way.

You answer 'Yes' to the question, indicate which service center you sent the I-129F to, and the date you sent it. It sounds like the result should be 'Denied'. Presumably you still have the paperwork for that application, so perhaps you could include a copy of the denial notice for completeness, as well as a brief cover letter explaining the circumstances.
Best of luck,
G

RMHurd,
The questions ask only if one has filed petitions before, the word "immigrant" is nowhere to be found.
