I have yet to file but I am just days away from sending things off.
But in the coming months my sweets will be moving back to her mothers house in Manila. So we are sending off the packet with her current address so when the time comes for her to move (likely before any embassy notifications) who (me or sweets) files the change of address and to who do we do this with? I am stateside and I am not going anywhere.
Thanks

File using current address, and then wait until petition gets sent to NVC or consulate, and at that point contact NVC or the consulate, and update the address. Don't bother trying to change anything while USCIS has the petition.

Well, time to revive this topic again and this will be directed to residents of Phils as they will be able to give the best advise.
Sweety has left Angeles and went home to her mothers place in Rizal. Now this is what I got for an address.....
Pulang Lupa, Santo Niņo, San Mateo, Rizal Postal Code 1850
Sweety tells me she does not have a house number. How can that be and how will she recieve notice from the Embassy and such? Are there any alternative solutions. The only thing I can think of is when the time nears she call the embassy and she go get what ever it is that they would deliver to her.
Your help is much appreciated
