I know I haven't updated my timeline but I hope to do so now. But now! my fiance wants to go to austraila to visit family their and maybe stay! If your fiance leaves without Advanced PArole or the greencard you are going to have to petition for her again. The K1 is a one time entry visa.

She may leave at any time but they would not allow her back in....
You would need to start all over again.
She needs either Advanced Parole or her Green Card in hand in order to travel.
Have you guys gotten married yet? Once you marry you apply for Adjustment of Status and along with that you file for her advanced parole document and work authorization...it will take a few months to get the AP document.

Ditto all posts.. Have her wait a few months for AP... Explain the situation. If she still wants to leave, then it sounds like your relationship is in trouble already.. (unless, of course, you have had healthy discussions about where to live and are about to agree to both move out of the US)
