Hi Everyone! smile.gif

Is it possible for me to travel and able to return to US even though my K1-Visa already expired? I have my AP approval and my passport still on my maiden name.
Do I need to apply for a K3-Visa and amend my passport before I'm allow to travel? unsure.gif

Please give an information regarding matter. I might travel by month of May this year helpsmilie.gif

Thank you.

This is what AP is used for.

K-1 is a one time visa, so it is VOIDED at the POE the first time you use it.

Carry a copy of marriage cert to show name change if any questions come up about difference between name on AP and in passport.

Also book airline tickets using the name that is in your passport.

Your K1 visa was a once only entry and was expired after you entered the USA... it has no bearing on whether you can travel or not...

If you have been approved for AP then you can travel outside the US and return... you will need a valid passport and your AP, you say your passport is still in your maiden name so you will need to book your flight tickets in your maiden name... if your AP is in your married name then you will need to take a copy of your marriage certificate with you... so when you return to the US the CBP officer will be able to link your maiden name and married name together....

You should not have any issues....
