i am in need of all the documents i have sent to the INS with my 2 yr card and present pending i-751 application, due to myself and my wife getting divorced and she throw ALL my documents and copies away.. how easy is it to get documenst back?
Try filing G-884, but if the docs were photo copies they may not return them. G-884 is for return of original docs.

after all thats the reason why im sending off for the documents isnt it..to get them bvack...

Because he now no longer has the originals... neither does he have a copy of the originals.

Why does he need them at all, if the forms have already been filed? For posterity?
