When my wife first filled out her paperwork she gave a copy of her DNI with her marked single on it.

Does she need to get her DNI changed to married before the interview? Should we really be worried about this at this point?

We were already married prior to sending our paperwork in and we have already gotten our NO2 and wait for approval from NVC.

My husband did it. I really dont know will it be a problem or not, but you can post your question on Latin America forums, you might get an answer from there.

Hello well about the DNI the peruviam goberment in janery 2008 order that everybody had to update their pictures, the adrress and the civil status(marry-single-divorce-widow) that was mandatory.
You know the informatic sistem of my country is no available to conect the hallcities information (where you get marry) with the RENIEC information, if you dont say the RENIEC dont know, jajaj, well but if she is present to the embassy saying that is marry with you in her DNI have to say that she es married.
