I got touched today - could that be because I called USCIS and accessed my case status via their phone-based computer system? I didn't actually speak to a person, just entered my case number. Would that generate a touch?

Not sure, but I think it could be something else. I remember when I used to call about a case and my status never changed.

Our application was touched today too and we filed about the same time as you at USCIS--NOA1 on 12/07. Let's cross our fingers-it's been a bloody long wait...

Wow Jen, we have nearly the exact same timeline and we were both touched on the 28th. Maybe we're in the same box and about to be approved! I sure hope so!

I was touched once in December and then never got touched again after that. Then 3 days ago I got approved. The touches really don't mean a lot, but keep your hopes there. I have seen a few get approved right after being touched.

BUT THERE IS SOME WHO GOT TOUCHED...THEN AFTER DAYS OR WEEK,,THEY GOT APPROVED.....WHO KNOWS GUYS....LETS PRAY
