Today they cashed my check for I-765. I suppost to be excited...but....i was reading about the WP here...and maybe I did something wrong.

I sent just this form. The aos it will be prepare on the future.
I know that i sent for the correct place..but...I anwser on question 16 C9 and now....i think i should put A9.

I arrived with a K3. But the both forms ( I-130 and I-129) were approved at the same day. Because of this i understood that my aos are pending. NOW....I just dont know what to do?

I will have a RFE? should i call vermont office? Or c9 is ok for me?!!! grrrrrrrrr...I AM GOING CRAZY HERE.

Filing I-765 before filing I-485 is code A 9 for K-3 visa holders, it costs $340 and is mailed to Vermont or California depending on where you live.

C 9 is used if you file the I-765 with or after you file the I-485 for AOS, in this case the I-765 is mailed to the chicago po box, and the fee is $0 because the $1010 paid for AOS also covers the I-765.

So what is your status? At first you say "The aos it will be prepare on the future." I-485 not filed yet? OR "Because of this i understood that my aos are pending." which sounds like you filed the I-485.
