Our lawyer sent back our Packet 3 on 1/29/2008 to Montreal. It was received on 2/4/2008.

I emailed Montreal on 2/28/2008 to confirm that they did receive Packet 3. They emailed me back the same day to inform us that they had received it & that we would receive an interview in April or May.

Well, as most of you know, they usually send out these interview letters in bulk. The one other person on this forum who sent back their Packet 3 in February received her interview letter on 3/6/2008 with her interview date of 4/2/2008.

The problem is that over the past 3 years there have been probably 2 dozen incidences where mail has simply never arrived, including stuff from our lawyer. I am extremely concerned that Canada Post will lose this important envelope, along with other important envelopes that have been lost in the past. My lawyer says they will send her a copy of this interview letter, but they usually don't arrive to her until RIGHT before the interview, or RIGHT after. blink.gif

I really don't know what to do. It just seems very likely that Montreal sent out these interview letters around 3/3/2008, and it seems that by 3/13/2008 we should have gotten it by now!

I may be jumping to conclusions, or losing my mind...but being that we've lost so many things in the past, I don't want to take the chance.

I just emailed Montreal to see if they could possibly email me the interview date when they have it & explained our issues with getting mail in the past.

Have you ever heard of anyone requesting such a thing? Is it possible for them to email this information? blush.gif

Thanks!
