Can anyone pls clarrify DCF rule. I am Dual citizen of usa and india so 1) do i need to fullfill india's residency criteria? 2) What is the staying period now? some are saying 3 months.

DCF stands for Direct Consular Filing. It is available only to USC's living abroad with their spouses --- both the USC and the spouse have to prove legal residence in the consular district they are applying. And I believe the rule is, indeed, 6 months.

You mean OCI? There is no such thing as dual citizen ship in India, if you acquired US citizen ship your Indian citizen ship is automatically cancelled.

You mean OCI? There is no such thing as dual citizen ship in India, if you acquired US citizen ship your Indian citizen ship is automatically cancelled.
