ok folks, here's one for you....I just got a letter saying my i-129f has been delayed because my(petitioner) backround check is not complete, and it says that i will receive a fingerprint appointment in the next 30-60 days. is this really how long it takes for them to send me an appointment notice? how can i expedite this? my wife and i both had heart attacks thinking that we will have to wait another 2-4 months! PLEASE HELP!

Schedule and info pass and ask. Sounds like USCIS wants to run an FBI check on the US Citizen.

This is the first time I have read of this. This did not happen when we did our K-1.

No way to expedite, the government operates at their own pace.
