Hi, guys, i filled i-130 for my wife from NEW DELHI on Jan 17th 2008, and she got her interview Date just recently, and interview is on MAY 7th 2008. i am Planing to go to India next month in April 1st or so. and come back with her after her interview.( if she gets a visa tongue.gif)

Qs > If i travel to India during process of i130 is there any problem?
(because some one told me that you shouldn't travel to India during i130 process.)

Thanks in Advc

"Somebody" is dead wrong. Traveling from India to the USA by the beneficiary can be risky but not for the USC traveling.

Have a nice trip.

you can even attend the interview with her, it will look good with the consul smile.gif

Hi b_4desi!

How were you able to file the I-130 from New Delhi? I had wanted to do that to go through faster consular processing, but I was told that unless I lived there for 4 or 6 months I have to file from US. Did you live there for a few months, or did they accept your application anyways? Thanks for your feedback!
