I am looking for a place in Barranquilla Colombia that by fiancé can go to learn
to speak English. Can anyone help me with this ?

Berlitz is also a good option (I'm pretty sure they have a school in Barranquilla). If they do, there should be classes beginning at 6 a.m. so she can study when she needs to.
