Got an email today stating this,

Dear Madam,

The visa is being issued. Once the visa is issued, we will mail it via DHL.

I don' understand this e-mail. He says the visa IS being issued, first, then he said, ONCE the visa is issued they will mail it DHL? IAM SO CONFUSED!!!

Geez, they never make sense. Maybe that's what the "NM" stands for. Sounds like the visa is being processed like they are making it then it will be issued...meaning sent to your husband. Yeah, I'm with ya....that's a confusing email

I think issuing the visa is printing it and afixing it to the passport... it also needs to be signed I think

So.... that means that just maby (finger's & toes crossed) they are doing that now and will send the DHL when it's all good to go! Basically, I think you are approved!

I'm not an expert, so don't hold your breath, but I will be praying for you!

The way I understand it the visa is in the process of being stamped and it will be sent as soon as it is done !!!

How long, exactly, does it take to "stamp" something?? Are they making the stamp too? How many licks to get to the tootsie roll center of a tootsie pop?

Thanks everyone!!! I am glad I am not the only one who is confused about this email, thought I was going nuts!!!! I hope they issues the visa soon, this is driving me crazy!!!

I think it means they will be stamping/printing the visa, from my understanding they have stacks of them just waiting for there stamp, so just because they say visa is issued dosen't mean its in the mail its just cleared and ready to go. Its good news don't worry or feel too anxious. congrats It takes about a week for them to print it from my experience.

It aint clear, as NOTHING ever is, but it bascially means the visa stamping/printing process is under way and as soon as that is done, the visa will be sent via DHL.

Yes it does sound as if they just have to affix the stamp in the passport and he hopfully will have it back in a week or two.

It means the visa is being issued and will be sent by DHL courier service.
