Case left NVC jan 11, we got Feb 21 interview. My fiance actually went to the embassy once we knew they recieved the case, that helped push the time.
Mine took almost 3 months but its a exception cause, the case had to be transfered from New Delhi to Chennai.
Case completed on 18th Jan and my interview is on 1st April...

My case left NVC on Jan 4, 2008 and interview was on Feb 27th.
I guess K-1 has priority compared to IR1/CR1 Visa ...
