hi there...hope yeverybody is having a good weekend....i just have some clarification s and i hope someone can help me on this...

1. regarding about pictures...can i smile in the picture? can i use the same picture i used in SLMC?

2. regarding about the DS forms....i got my packet already but also downloaded forms from the USEM site....the forms from USEM doesnt have barcodes...so which one will i use? with barcodes or the one from USEM?

you can use the pictures that u gave SLEC. I think you can smile, but don't grin better look professional

I used the downloaded forms during my interview. A lot of other applicants there also used the ones with the barcodes. One lady did both forms (the ones that comes with the packet and the online forms) and she asked the USEM employee who was giving instructions which one to submit and the employee said the one with the barcode
