Meg and Grae

Hi all,

I just received packet three in the mail.Everything seems pretty self explanatory.
However, there is a seperate piece of paper which states that as of the 15th of February 2008 ,immigrant applicants must apply for a police certificate through the association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO).
I already have my police certificate which took around 40 days to get.Im assuming this is ANOTHER certificate
Heres the link: http://www.acpo.police.uk/certificates.asp

The PDF application form which Ive downloaded is pretty self explanatory except for one question where it asks "Country to be visited: .......................................... UK Departure date: dd / mm / yyyy."

Do I leave this blank?.I have no departure date because i havent booked any flights to go anywhere.??>>>

Cheers.

Grae.

It is another certificate and the only one they will now accept, it doubles for immigration and non immigration visas. It is probably better to write not known in the departure date, that way they know it hasn't been left blank by mistake.
