Seems that CIS has shaken things out so only VSC and CSC are doing I-751s now. Makes you wonder why they just don't tell people in the TSC and NSC jurisdictions to send things directly to VSC and CSC, respectively.

Yeah!I guess they won't do that...like directly sending to VSC&CSC!
