Hello,
I remember previously for my wife's conditional green card there was an indication that biometrics had been received in the USCIS Case Status system.
This time around, my wife had her biometrics done three weeks ago, and the Case Status has never updated to show biometrics has been received. It just shows the original "application received" status.
Is this routinely happening to others here? I know the USCIS online case status is not completely trustworthy, but I wonder how long we should wait before inquiring more directly? Surely they don't "lose" or "misplace" biometrics?

Ours has never been touched or updated either, since the initial application received status.
Really don't care anymore since Nebraska hasn't got it's act together and my husband mailed his N-400 today.

My daughter's I-751 got "touched" the day after her biometrics appointment. Mine was the same at the time I was doing the I-751.
My N-400 hasn't been touched since before I had my biometrics done on December 27, 2007. Nebraska sucks!!!

My and my son's files were touched on the days we had our biometrics. However, I don't think they are consistent about that. Not everyone's file will show a touch for biometrics.
