Do we include any documents? I know it doesn't want originals.. I believe i read that somewhere.. But do they want copies of anything?.. or is all of that to wait until the actual interview..

Just send back the completed forms unsigned, as directed on the checklist. Any supporting evidence, like birth certs, you bring an original and a copy to the interview. Also, hold the passport photos until the interview.
