just want to share some info I got from Delbros..

I called them this morning and was able to speak with a nice guy..
our conversation is in Tagalog, i translated it to English, hope its "understandable"

me: Hi sir, I would just like to follow up on the status of my document verification. I have deposited the 750php Monday morning.

nice guy: can I get your case number mam?

me: its MNL2088******

nice guy: (says my complete name), this is you?

me: yes

nice guy: yes mam. we verified and already confirmed your payment. We faxed it to USE Monday afternoon.

me: oh, why USE? i thought it will be forwarded to NSO?

nice guy: after we received deposits for document verification, we forward the acknowledged receipts to USE and they will call us if could already inform NSO regarding the verification of your documents.. USE will give us the go signal.

me: whaaat?! oh im sorry for my reaction.. i thought its you guys that will forward it to NSO once you received the payment. Since its friday today I assumed that NSO is already working with my docs.

nice guy: (laughs a little) sorry mam, we have to wait for the USE's go signal.

me: so did they said "go" already?

nice guy: not yet mam, we are still waiting for them.

me: i see.. so, usually how many working days before USE reports to Delbros?

nice guy: sometimes weeks mam.. we really don't have any idea. Its up to them.

me: alright then.. thank you very much Sir..

nice guy: youre welcome.

Delbros is only for shipment..they have to wait for USEM request for document verification..the request will be forwarded to NSO, but I don't know if NSO use delbros to sent back the verified documents.

Let me share with you my conversation with DelBros this afternoon. I talked to Arvie. Gave him my case no. and
requested him to update me on the status of verification. I paid Php650 after my interview on Feb 8. According to Arvie, Delbros sent the request to NSO only on Feb 18, that's 10 days after I paid them. I asked why it took them so long to forward the request, he said "Ma'am we wait for GO signal of USEM". He said I should not worry because if the docs are easy to retrieve, it will only take 1 week for NSO to get it done. I rest my case. If he said they wait for USEM for the "GO", then there is no point to argue anymore. Arvie is just informing me of what he reads in the database.
