It says : DO NOT attempt to obtain police certificate covering residence , as they are not available.
I was born in Indonesia and grew up in that country.
Should I obtain police certificate or nor because Indonesia in one of the country in the list?

I have read somewhere that you have to apply that in person in Indonesia, so if you're not there, I believe you don't have to get it... But to confirm, try finding it on this site:

Also, the list on that immihelp is not updated. Colombia is also in the list of countries where police certificates are not available but guess what, IT IS AVAILABLE and it takes three months for it to be issued!!
