Well my day has finally come. Thanks to this web site I've: researched, downloaded and, photo copied....all of the: forms, letters, and documents I could possible need. I've dated, signed, notarized....Checked re-checked and verified..EVERYTHING! So now the only thing left to do is put it in the mail....next day air of course. Thanks everyone for all of your input and information and I'll be keeping everyone updated.
