1. ID
2. BC
3. MC for married and CENOMAR for singles
4. NBI
5. Payment
6. Pictures together for proof of relationship

take everything you took to interview will help good luck

at least the basic ones that are mentioned above. also if divorced/annulled, bring the the divorce decree or the annulment paper... pictures were being asked when i had my cfo seminar, personal questions are being asked too lol... (dont forget to remember the maiden name of your fiance/e's mother) you dont have to bring everything but being prepared is a key also.

what i brought was:
couple of id's, nbi, passport, divorce decree and a picture from my wallet (thank God i have one since they really asked me for it) plus good thing i have my digital camera also if she needed more pic lol... oh yea payments! Good luck!
